- Machining Workshop
This workshop is used for the processing of spare parts. The grinding machine with precision ranging from 0.01um to 0.05um allows the high-pressure air hammer to produce fast drilling speed and extremely stable performance. We always achieve great precision to as little as 0.12um. Our monthly output capacity reaches up to 20,000 mechanical and electrical products.
- Workshop for Drill Rods and Subs
The drill rods and subs are manufactured with high-quality steel to achieve a 30% increase in service life. They are processed by a high-precision NC lathe, ensuring no air leakage at the threaded connection. All threads have undergone special heat treatment to ensure high strength and abrasion. The drill rods and subs are connected using friction welding technology.
